Yes, customers can provide pictures and size, and we can produce according to our customers?requirements. However, custom-made carpet is with MOQ. Details need to be negotiated.

The company, in order to make sure that each carpet can meet the quality standard, strictly controls the quality of each product, regarding quality as the life.
Altogether, there are 16 steps from product design, preparation of raw materials to knotting, stocking and marketing, each of them is under the supervision of a related inspection department. Only the well-approved product can enter the next step.
Even for the successfully stocked product, if selected by our client or customer, there will be an inspector to recheck it before delivery to ensure every customer gets a flawless product.
For the delivery, the company will package in accordance with our customers?requirements, after the package leaving, we will follow it and give feedbacks about the transportation to our customers until products successfully flow to our customers.

If there is any problem after our customer receive the carpet, customers can return the item to us. And once the returned goods have been received then we will arrange a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
